Q1 WELLNESS TIME SERVICES
We’re open every day from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that our last appointment is at 9:00 PM.
Q2 RESERVATION
Reservations may be made by phone at 323-380-7885 or by email at therhymemassage@gmail.com. We recommend calling in advance to schedule your appointment.
Q3 ETIQUETTE
Tranquility is essential to our wellness spa experience. Please respect other clients as healing is in progress by keeping conversations quiet and setting mobile devices to silent mode.
Q4 PAPERWORK
Please complete all required paperwork and select your preferred massage style before your session begins.
Q5 CONSIDERATION
Clients with medical conditions are advised to consult their healthcare provider before scheduling a massage. Our wellness spa is not responsible for any medical issues or health conditions that may arise during or after a massage session.
Q6 TIPPING vs. SERVICE CHARGE
Gratuities are appreciated as a gesture of kindness and appreciation for your therapist’s service. Our massage therapists are self-employed independent practitioners and do not receive a salary. Tips are an important part of their income.
Suggested gratuities are $10 for 30 minutes, $20 for 60 minutes, and $30 for 90 minutes or more.
Q7 Refund
If a massage session has gone beyond 10 minutes, refunds cannot be issued. If you are not feeling comfortable continuing, we can arrange a different therapist or offer a gift card for a future visit.
