Q1 WELLNESS TIME SERVICES
We are open daily from 10 am. to 10 pm., with the last appointment at 9 pm.
Q2 RESERVATION
Reservation: by phone at 323-380-7885 and email at therhymemassage@gmail.com. We recommend an advance call for a reservation.
Q3 ETIQUETTE
Tranquility is the peace in the wellness spa. Please respect other clients as healing is in progress. Less volume in conversation and turn cellular to silent.
Q4 PAPERWORK
Please read and write all information on the paperwork before getting to massage and select the style of massage.
Q5 CONSIDERATION
All related medical needs must consult their medical doctors before signing up for a safe massage. Our wellness spa will not be responsible for any health abnormalities that may occur during practice massage.
Q6 TIPPING vs SERVICES CHARGE
However, tipping is recommended as an appreciation and kindness from clients to the therapist. Our massage therapists are self-employed. Not hiring for salary. The therapist relies on tips. Recommend tips start from $10/30 minutes, $20/60 minutes, and $30/90 minutes minimum.
Q7 Refund
If the massage is over 10 minutes. The wellness spa won't refund. But, it will change to a new massage therapist or give a gift card for your next visit (if the clients are not in a good mood for a massage that day).
