Q1 WELLNESS TIME SERVICES

Q3 ETIQUETTE
Tranquility is essential to our wellness spa experience. Please respect other clients as healing is in progress by keeping conversations quiet and setting mobile devices to silent mode.

Q4 PAPERWORK
Please complete all required paperwork and select your preferred massage style before your session begins.

Q5 CONSIDERATION
Clients with medical conditions are advised to consult their healthcare provider before scheduling a massage. Our wellness spa is not responsible for any medical issues or health conditions that may arise during or after a massage session.

Q6 TIPPING vs. SERVICE CHARGE
Gratuities are appreciated as a gesture of kindness and appreciation for your therapist’s service. Our massage therapists are self-employed independent practitioners and do not receive a salary. Tips are an important part of their income.
Suggested gratuities are $10 for 30 minutes, $20 for 60 minutes, and $30 for 90 minutes or more.

Q7 Refund
If a massage session has gone beyond 10 minutes, refunds cannot be issued. If you are not feeling comfortable continuing, we can arrange a different therapist or offer a gift card for a future visit.

Q8 Discounts and Reward Points Policy

Discounts and reward points are available only for massage sessions of 60 minutes or longer. Massage services shorter than one hour are not eligible for discounts or reward points.

Reward points are available to all clients, including those who purchase massage services through third-party partners, such as gift cards, spa wellness programs, or other authorized partner platforms.

Q9: What benefits do clients receive after joining the VIP Card program?
VIP Card members receive complimentary add-ons with every massage service, including Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Therapy, and Massage Balm, along with exclusive discounts on each massage session.

Q10: What benefits do clients receive when purchasing massage services through a third party, such as gift cards or spa wellness partners?
Clients who purchase massage services through third-party providers, including gift cards and spa wellness partners, automatically receive complimentary add-ons such as Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Therapy, and Massage Balm, unless they prefer not to use them. These add-ons are normally included in the prices, except when discounted pricing may have different terms.
